Fuel your pre-workout routine with this advanced formulation designed to optimise your performance during exercise. Unlike most pre-work supplements, Pre-Workout Fuel contains a high level of carbohydrates – 26 g per serving. We use fast-acting maltodextrin to fuel your workout, plus added creatine to increase your physical performance and intensity.*
Each serving also provides 4g of essential BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acids’) in a Leucine-heavy 4:1:1 ratio, in addition to an amino acid complex featuring Citrulline malate, beta-alanine, L-taurine and L-tyrosine. We’ve kept this formulation caffeine-free, as we know you may be getting your caffeine from other sources.

How To Use

Adults: Suggested serving size is 40 grams (approximately 2 level scoops supplied) or the dosage advised by your nutritionist. Mix with 350 ml water and consume before or during exercise.

Delivery usually takes between 2 to 5 days. On occasional times such as Black Friday, Christmas etc when there are high parcel volumes in the system it may take longer. Our delivery partner is 'An Post'.
