Adults: Take 2 capsules daily with at least 250ml of water, or as directed by your health professional. Do not take without liquid or immediately before bedtime. Up to 6 capsules may be taken daily. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Keep out of the reach of children. Store at ambient temperature below 25°C, out of direct sunlight. A supplement is not a replacement for a healthy diet.
