Product Information: Sona Thiamin provides 100mg of Vitamin B1 which is important for normal energy metabolism, the normal function of the nervous system, normal psychological function and the normal function of the heart. Thiamin has a role in energy metabolism in all cells of the body.
How To Use: Adults: Take ONE tablet daily, with your main meal of the day or as directed by your health professional. Do not exceed recommended dosage.Store at ambient temperature below 25°C, out of direct sunlight. Keep out of the reach of children. A supplement is not a replacement for a healthy diet. Keep tightly closed when not in use.
