How To Use: Remove the pessary from its packaging and thoroughly wash your hands before using this product. With your legs spread your knees bent, sit or lie down. Next, use your fingers to carefully enter the pessary into your vagina. Make sure the pessary is inserted as far into your vagina as you can tolerate safely. Once you have inserted the pessary, wash your hands once again.

If you have a reaction to any of the ingredients above, avoid using Balance Activ Pessaries. Do not attempt to divide these pessaries; they are only intended for single usage.
