When it’s time to say buh-bye to the day’s makeup, this non-greasy liquid makeup remover gets the job done — no tugging or rubbing here! Gentle for contact lens wearers, this ophthalmologist-tested formula effortlessly melts away all traces of makeup from your eyes, lips, and face without irritation — even long-wear and waterproof makeup. Plus, it’s enriched with skin-loving hyaluronic acid, squalane, and niacinimide to leave your lashes and skin soothed and conditioned.
How To Use: Shake the e.l.f. out of the bottle before each use to activate the bi-phase formula.
Saturate a cotton ball or round and gently press into skin to melt makeup, then swipe to remove.
