Lansinoh’s innovative Cold & Warm Post-Birth Relief Pad can be used warm or cold for soothing comfort and pain relief after childbirth.

Hot Soothing Relief
After childbirth, as your uterus begins to shrink back to its normal size, many women experience uncomfortable cramping similar to menstrual cramps. Use hot therapy packs to provide convenient, soothing relief for this discomfort.

Cold Pain Relief
Cooling perineal pain relief from discomfort caused by labor and delivery and even hemorrhoids. Extra comfort in a slim pad that’s flexible even when frozen. Convenient to use right out of the freezer.

How To Use

To use Cold: Freeze pad for at least 4 hours before use. Place the pad into a disposable sleeve and apply for 20 minutes. Allow at least one hour between uses or as directed by your healthcare professional.

To use Warm: Place one pad inside the microwave, lying flat, for an iitial15 seconds. Gently massage pad to evenly distribute heat as indicated by colour-changing pearls. Add time in 5 second increments until desired temperature is reached.

Always test pad temperature prior to use. Place the pad into a disposable sleeve and apply for 20 minutes. Allow at least one hour between uses or as directed by your healthcare professional.
