How To Use: To effectively use sunscreen and protect yourself from the sun:
Seek Shade During Peak Hours: Avoid sun exposure between 11 AM and 3 PM. Even with sunscreen, prolonged exposure can be harmful.
Wear Protective Clothing: Use light clothes, a wide-brimmed hat, and sunglasses for additional protection.
Apply Adequate Sunscreen: Use about 30-40 ml for an adult's full body coverage, and around 20 ml for a child.
Less sunscreen reduces its effectiveness.
Extra Care for Children: Keep babies and young children out of direct sunlight. Use high SPF sunscreen and appropriate clothing.
Limit Sun Exposure: Be mindful of your skin type and avoid exceeding its sun exposure limit.
Care for Sunburnt Skin: If your skin is already burnt, avoid further sun exposure and do not apply P20 on damaged skin.
