How To Use

We recommend that you take one sachet and one capsule, once a day, preferably 30 minutes before food. Empty the contents of one sachet into a glass and add a minimum of 250mls of water (increase quantity of water to suit taste) and stir to dissolve.

Meno Active is free from artificial preservatives, flavours and colours. It is vegetarian friendly and is suitable for people with diabetes.
