Energy Gel Caffeine is smooth with a light consistency, making it easy to have on the go. And, because it's made with natural fruit juice, it tastes great too! Easy to open and swallow, each sachet delivers 23g of carbohydrate energy and 30mg caffeine.

Energy Gel Caffeine is designed to be taken BEFORE and DURING exercise.

Please consider the environment and keep the countryside clean by taking your empty gel wrappers with you after use.

How To Use

Tear the top of the sachet and drink the gel directly from the sachet. Take up to three sachets per hour during exercise, less if you are also using a sports drink.

It is reccommended that you can take up to 13 gels per day (or 400 mg/day of caffeine) however, please consider how much caffeine you're consuming from other sources when deciding how much is best for you.

When exercising it’s important to stay hydrated so we recommend using this product alongside ZERO.

Delivery Info

We are delighted to offer you the option to collect your order in-store at no additional cost or alternatively, we will deliver your order to any location in the Republic of Ireland with FREE delivery on orders over €50.

Delivery usually takes between 2 to 5 days. On occasional times such as Black Friday, Christmas etc when there are high parcel volumes in the system it may take longer. Our delivery partner is 'An Post'.
