Product Information: Food supplement tablet containing 12 vitamins and 10 minerals. Comprehensive formula in a single daily tablet.
One-a-day offers a precisely balanced combination of essential micronutrients in a convenient tablet form. It is carefully formulated to supply a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals without requiring complex dosing schedules. Its lactose-free and vegan composition makes it suitable for a variety of dietary requirements.
The nutrients in this formulation perform important functions in the body. Vitamin A, vitamin C, and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Biotin, niacin, and pantothenic acid contribute to normal energy metabolism. Iron also contributes to normal oxygen transport in the body.
How To Use: Take 1 tablet a day with a glass of water during your meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount!

Ingredients: Calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, bulking agent (cellulose gel), magnesium oxide, L-ascorbic acid, ferrous fumarate, coating material [stabilisers (polyvinyl alcohol-polyethylene glycol-graft-co-polymer, polyvinyl alcohol), anti-caking agents (talc, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids], anti caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate [DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide)], nicotinamide, zinc oxide, retinyl acetate [stabiliser (gum arabic), retinyl acetate, antioxidant (alpha-tocopherol), anti-caking agent (calcium phosphates)], manganese sulphate, D-pantothenate, calcium, cholecalciferol, sodium molybdate, thiamin mononitrate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, sodium selenite, cyanocobalamin, calcium-L-methylfolate, potassium iodide, chromium (III) chloride, D-biotin.
Made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, gluten, soy, peanuts, crustaceans, fish, molluscs, sulphur dioxide and nuts containing foods.
