You should use a Dioralyte sachet as soon as diarrhoea symptoms start, and after each episode.

How To Use

Children: One sachet after each loose stool.
Adult: One or two sachets after each loose stool.

Ingredients: Each Sachet Contains Sodium 0.47g, Chloride 0.30g, Glucose 3.56g, Disodium Hydrogen Citrate 0.53g. Other Ingredients: Colloidal Silica, Saccharin Sodium, Blackcurrant Flavour.
