Glucose Syrup, Water, Maltodextrin, Fruit Juice Concentrate (Lemon 1%, Lime), Acidity Regulator (Sodium Citrates), Sodium Chloride, Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate), Natural Flavouring.

Energy Gel Caffeine Raspberry:

Glucose Syrup, Water, Maltodextrin, Fruit Juice Concentrate (Raspberry 1%, Cranberry), Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Sodium Citrates, Malic Acid), Caffeine, Sodium Chloride, Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate), Natural Flavouring.

Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant women. (75mg/100g).

Delivery usually takes between 2 to 5 days. On occasional times such as Black Friday, Christmas etc when there are high parcel volumes in the system it may take longer. Our delivery partner is 'An Post'.
