Product Information

Hylo-Tear is a sterile preservative-free solution containing 0.1% sodium hyaluronate. Hylo Tear is a lubricating eye drop for treating all symptoms of dry eye sensation. Hylo Tear dispenses 300 preservative-free drops of equal size. Remains sterile for 6 months from opening. Contains Sodium Hyaluronate 0.1%. Preservative Free, Phosphate Free. Sodium Hyaluronate is a thick elastic polymer that is found naturally throughout the body, particularly in areas of the body that need lubrication, such as the joints and the structures of the eye. When applied as eye drops it forms a transparent film that coats the surface of the eyeball. The film is able to 'hold on' to water molecules in the tears, which helps keep the eyeball moist, and remains stable when you blink, thus providing lasting lubrication for the eyes. The drops are used as artificial tears to moisten, lubricate and soothe dry eyes. Hylo-Tear Eye Drops provide soothing relief from the symptoms of dry eyes, such as soreness, irritation or a gritty sensation.

How To Use

-Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling the eye drops.
-Remove the cap from the bottle, ensuring that the dropper tip does not come into contact with any surfaces.
-Tilt your head back slightly and look up at the ceiling.
Gently pull down your lower eyelid to create a small pocket.
-While holding the bottle upside down, squeeze it to release one drop into the lower eyelid pocket. Be careful not to touch your eye or eyelashes with the dropper tip to avoid contamination.
-Release the lower eyelid and close your eyes gently to spread the eye drops over the surface of your eye.
-If additional drops are needed, wait for at least 5 minutes before repeating the process.
-Recap the bottle tightly to prevent contamination and keep it in a clean and dry place.
-If you are using other eye drops or ointments, wait for at least 15 minutes before applying them to allow sufficient time for each medication to take effect.
-Avoid touching the tip of the dropper to any surfaces, including your eye, to prevent bacterial contamination.

Active ingredient: Sodium Hyaluronate 2mg/ml. Also contains: Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate Dihydrate, Sorbitol, Water for injection.
