How To Use

Take before, during or after exercise. For a shake, mix one scoop to 170-200ml of water in a shaker or blender. Or just add a scoop to any suitable food recipes. Maximum 3 servings per day. One serving = 1 x 30g scoop.

Delivery usually takes between 2 to 5 days. On occasional times such as Black Friday, Christmas etc when there are high parcel volumes in the system it may take longer. Our delivery partner is 'An Post'.
