How To Use: Warm the milk between your palms.
Apply it from bottom to top, with the hand flat on the arm, and alternating hands flat on the stomach, thighs and buttocks.
Work the texture in a figure-of-eight motion: apply pressure on the upward movement to lift the tissues, and gently descend, without pressure, to return your hand to the starting point.
Apply in the morning and/or evening.
For smooth, soft skin, use a body scrub once or twice a week.
