Formulated with Oat and Chamomile Extracts to help soothe and balance the skin. Essential Fatty Acids and Hyaluronic Acid work to repair skin's moisture levels and natural moisture barriers. The ultra-nourishing, alcohol free formula rehydrates and relaxes even the most sensitive skin types.

How To Use: Use daily after cleansing. Saturate a cotton pad with the tonic and sweep across face, neck and décolletage (avoiding eye area). Follow with serum or moisturizer - there's no need to rinse off.
