For everyday wellbeing A-Z Multivitamin & Mineral with Acidophilus & Bifidus & CoQ10 provides comprehensive nutritional support for wellbeing in adults. The product contains trace minerals (including calcium) and the Lab4 group of friendly bacteria, along with all 13 essential vitamins at a minimum of 100% of the recommended daily intake (NRV), with vitamin D included at higher levels – to help support immune function* and calcium for digestive function**. Each capsule also includes CoQ10, silicon and boron. *Vitamin D and Vitamin C contribute to normal function of the immune system. **Calcium contributes to the normal function of digestive enzymes.
How To Use: Recommended daily intake: As a food supplement, take one capsule daily with food. Store in a cool dry place.
