Due to the similar structure to cholesterol, phytosterols is believed to intervene with the synthesis of cholesterol and reduce the production and absorption of bad cholesterol or LDL. Plant sterols have been shown to lower/reduce blood cholesterol. High cholesterol is a risk factor in the development of coronary heart disease. The beneficial effect of plant sterols is obtained with a daily intake of at least 2 g plant sterols.

How To Use

Phytosterol Complex is to be taken as 2 softgels a day

Not intended for use by pregnant or nursing women. If you are taking any medications or have any medical condition, please consult your healthcare practitioner before taking any dietary supplement. Discontinue use and consult your healthcare practitioner if any adverse reactions occur. Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature. Do not use if outer bottle seal is missing or damaged.
