Product Information: Sona Milk Thistle Forte provides 500mg of Milk Thistle Extract, standardised to contain the recommended 80% Silymarin or 400mg per daily dose. Silymarin is the active constituent in Milk Thistle providing the detoxifying benefits traditionally associated with the herb.

How can this help?
Silymarin has hepatoprotective properties i.e. it protects the liver. Numerous clinical studies have confirmed these properties. Milk Thistle preparations have been used in European medicine for over 2,000 years to treat liver and biliary tract diseases. Based on traditional use, in addition to providing sustenance and its nutritive value, Sona Milk Thistle is today recommended to treat the symptoms of over indulgence on food and drink such as indigestion and upset stomach. It is commonly used as a supplement to help support the liver.
How To Use: Adults: Take TWO capsules daily, or as directed by your health professional.
