Product Information: IMPROVES SLEEP QUALITY
The single-use mouth tape is a specially designed adhesive strip that gently holds the lips closed to encourage nasal breathing during sleep, reducing mouth breathing, improving sleep quality, and supporting oral health by preventing dry mouth, bad breath, and tooth decay.

How To Use: Prep - Wash and dry lips and surrounding skin. Avoid oil or balms.
Apply - Peel off adhesive and apply tape across closed lips and press gently.
Remove - Peel off slowly in the morning.
