Symprove is a water-based multi-strain supplement that contains 4 unique strains of live activated bacteria. How To Use

Symprove is easy to use. Drink first ‘thing’ in the morning on an empty stomach before breakfast. Pour 1ml/kilo of your bodyweight into the measuring cup provided (maximum dose 100ml). Wait 5 minutes before having hot drinks or eating breakfast.

Safety Warning

Within the first few days, you may find a loosening of stools. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not freeze or heat Symprove as it contains live, active bacteria.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. If you are taking prescribed medication, have any medical condition or are pregnant or breast-feeding please consult your healthcare practitioner before taking food supplements.
