Product Information: Our Energy Gels deliver fast-acting energy with delicious, natural fruit flavours Each sachet provides an impressive 25 g of stomach-friendly carbohydrates and three electrolytes, best taken before or during a workout. We use a dual combination of carbohydrates using a 2:1 Maltodextrin Fructose mix that provides a concentrated source of fuel when you need it the most.
Why Healthspan Elite?
We use natural pectin for easier digestion and a more fluid, light consistency (not thick like other energy gels on the market) meaning you can easily consume our gels without water, ideal when you're on the move. We’ve also added electrolytes (sodium, potassium and calcium) to replace those lost during exercise. These dual-source energy gels use natural fruit flavours and have no unnecessary ingredients, no added sugar, and no artificial flavours and sweeteners.

How To Use: Consume one to three sachets per hour of exercise, or as advised by your nutritionist. Our Energy Gel does not need to be consumed with water but remember to keep hydrated.
