Sea Kelp is rich in minerals to provide targeted moisture and vital nutrients, promoting healthier-looking hair. These innovative ingredients are optimised by a liposome delivery system, designed to continuously release Rosehip Oil, Arginine and Keratin to fortify and hydrate.
