Product Information

Nytol One-A-Night is a clinically proven sleep aid designed to help relieve temporary difficulties in falling asleep. Each tablet contains 50mg of Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride, an antihistamine that works by reducing alertness to help you drift off to sleep faster. Nytol is fast-acting and promotes a deeper, undisturbed night’s rest, making it ideal for occasional sleep disturbances caused by stress, travel, or personal concerns.

Avoid alcohol while using this product.

How To Use

Take one tablet with water 20 minutes before bedtime.
Do not exceed the stated dose.
For short-term use only; consult a doctor if sleep difficulties persist.
